Maruti Suzuki — Regarding the poor service.

I have visited to Madhusudan Motors Pvt Ltd, Agra for 3rd service of my WagonR car Regn No. UP80 CW 7841 on 14 Apr 15 at 0820 hrs, It has been seen that the Job Cards of vehicles were not opening by the dealing Supervisor Mr Puneet Sharma systematically and sequence wise, means that two vehicles visited after me for service, job cards of the said vehicles opened before me. When I complain about the same to Mr Puneet Sharma, he has not listened to me as well as to others peoples also and told me that Jao Jahan jana hai yahan aise hi hoogi. About the same, I complain to Mr Rakesh Kumar, Works Manager on telephonically as he was on leave but however he has refused to do so, than I returned to home without service of vehicle only because of the rood/dictatorship behaviour of the said supervisor.
