[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Registartion papers and Number plate not received after 2 months of purchase

Hello, I have purchased a new car ( Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI) on 11th of October., 2014 from Beekay Auto Pvt Ltd-ASANSOL Branch. But unfortunately I haven't received the number plate of my vehicle along with the registration card and other papers.My car was produced to the RTO on 12th of November due to lack of seriousness of the dealer executives.Followed by this they continuously ignored the matter. In addition to this the registration fees was also not submitted by the dealer executives due to which I was not receiving the registration number. They were also misguiding us by telling that this takes a lot of time to hide their irresponsibleness.Later I threatened them that i would escalate to Maruti Higher management then they worked upon it and gave me the number( WB 40 AB 0203) and the permit to drive one month. The same thing is being repeated now and the permit is about to expire in 2-3 days.This particular dealer is involved in this matter including the GM Mr S. Mukherjee. I have also reported this matter to him but he was not eager to listen and lacked sincereness to his work and tried to avoid the matter.Also behaviour of the dealer is significantly bad.Kindly suggest what needs to be done as it has been more than 3 months from my purchase date and I haven't received my number plate and all registration documents.As a result I cannot drive my car which is causing severe problems.
