[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Registration and insurance not given after 10 month by Poddar Car guwahati

I have purchaged one used Maruti 800 from Poddar Car World true value outlet (Garchuk) on Jan 2014 but till they are not giving me my cars document which they have committed to hand over to me after the ownership transfeer ans for which they have charged me Rs.4500 extra apart from the vehicle value of Rs.45000. Every time I go they say it will take time but I have wated for 10 months and in any condition as per my knowledge 10 month is a much big time for ownershio tranfreer . This kind of act by such a authorize dealer will defentely left a very bad impression on customer faith. I therefore request you to kindly look into the issue and help me in getting my document ASAP otherwise I will have to approach leagely .
