Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked Maruti Celerio VXI on 1st May 2015 in Automotive Showroom in Dombivli. They delivered the car on 31st may with defect. Remote locking is not working properly. During deliver automotive showroom committed me to solve this issue within one day. Based on their words, i have accepted the car. But now almost more than one month, Automotive showroom and service center didn't fix this issue. They dont know how to fix this. And they are not proper in responding to this issue. Even some of their team member dont know how to speak.
Finally i Paid 5 lac for the car. They delivered with defect. They dont want to fix. I behind one month but no solution. Three days continuously i was in their service center with my car but no solution.
I request to ban the dealership of automotive with maruti. Otherwise maruti name will go as bad for sure.
