Dear Sir, I have Swift Dizre LDI UP16AF7287. This car got an accident on 09-12-14. I handovered this car to Rohan Motors Sec-1 Noida on 10-12-14 for repairing. They assured me therepairing complete by 30-12-14. But problem is that they have not completed therepairing till today and saying to deliver on 24-01-15. This is too much delay. I want to say that why I choosedMaruti authorized service station, because I have faith in Maruti Genuine Spare Parts. This same repairing may becompleted with in a week by local market but no, I decided to go authorizedservice station. This dealer does not care about customer satisfaction and Maruti Brand value too.
