Maruti Suzuki — Request for professional technical help | |||
Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that I purchased an Ertiga BS IV (diesel) in 2012 but since then I have been plagued by a serious problem. The Malfunction Indicator lamp keeps coming on repeatedly. I have visited a number of your workshops here and I have been spending thousands of rupees (if you check on my car history) to rectify the problem. However I am sorry to inform you that until now no one has been able to diagnose the reason nor rectify the problem. Is this what a customer can expect from an esteemed company like yours or will your company hear the plea of a distressed customer, and help? I am a sincere fan and addict of Maruti Suzuki my family is have about 15 of your cars and we all believe that maruti is the best. Please help me because I just don’t know what to do or where to go. The last diagnosis was at Poddar Car World Pvt Ltd on 17.04.2015. The Registation Number of the vehicle is AS21D 1319 Chassis no 116017 Manashi Deka Medhi Vill.Gormari, Dt.
