Maruti Suzuki — sale of swift zxi

i have booked maruti swift zxi on 21.12.2014 to be purchase before price hikes after 31.12.2014 but when i reached to dealer with my demand draft on 30.12.2014 he refuse to bill saying that there is no swift to billed.and on 08.01.2015 he call me to get bill of the vechile with the price hike of 25000 please suggest me what should i do
