Very painful and pathetic experience at k p automotive while giving my sx4 on service this is the last time I am giving my vehicle on service to kp automotive jaipur, nobody is bothered there about customer vehicle and timings, we are loyal customer of maruti but it seems the service staff doesnt care, such a pathetic experience even I decided not to purchase any maruti model in future. They have taken hefty charges but the service is very very unsatisfactory with many complaints left unattended, plus vehicle delivered without proper washing Had send my complaint to maruti HO also but they also forwarded the same to dealer to resolve instead of taking any action. I am planning to go to consumer forum now.
