THE NEW VEHICLE GOT 20 AND MORE COMPLAINTS. THE SERVICS STAFFS DAMAGED THE LEFT FRONT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY, i bought a new seift dzire zxi bsiv model from shenbakacars pondicherry, on 20052015, my left headlight bulg blasted on 01.06.2015, for that they took the vehicle for cleaning on 02.062015 while delivering to me on 03.06.2015 the left entire doom is full of fog and they totally damaged my headlight in the name of cleaning, after that the a/c is not cooling in even 19degree temp. beyond this the drivr side seat spring not worked, bluetooth not worked, the sensor is not sensing properly and he entire atmosphere was gone and also they damaged my bumper while refitting when i left my vehicle for first free service the entire complaint i had given but simply they said all problem are due to the extrafitting work done by me outside and in noway they are responsible and threatened me to take the vehicle or else the parking charge of rs, 200 per day will be collected, i tried as much as possible but they denied, hence as a lost option im decided to surrender my vehicle to the company itself. but i need proper justice as i want a new vehicle or refund, i dont want to ride the repaired new vehicle. my name satheeshkumar. my no.[protected], the opponent name shenbakacars, pondicherry, service station at moolakulam, pondicherry, my vehicle no.
