Dear sir/maam My self Anshu lata Trpiathi w/o Anshul Mishra purchase a car (up32 FK-5245) in month of april 2014 from Bright Four Wheel Sales Private ltd 11/cp Vikas Nagar luck now -226022 .I have been two free services from bright four wheels (luck now). But 3rd service did Bright four wheel using the facility option Pic and Drop. Company Pic the car at 10 am checks the all scratches during the checking. During delivery time 3.20pm check the car then find out new scratch in driving door. I complaint to service manager but I have not receive any positive response.
