[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — Spots On Glass & Body and Wrongly Charged for Cabin Air Filter | |||
I have purchase a new Maruti Suzuki Swift (Vdi) from Prem Motors VKIA, Jaipur on 6 October 2013. At the time of delivery the PDI was not done properly and car was handed over to me. At the time of delivery executive told me that PDI has done and car also wash. Next day I have noticed that entire car body was full of black spots and also all the car’s glasses contains lots of spots that seems to be like air bubbles in the car. I had complained in the showroom and after that they had washed my car 2 times using chemicals. Rubbing also done but the spots remain as it is even the car body becomes dull due to the excessive use of chemicals. I have also complained in Maruti Suzuki (Complaint Number – [protected]) but they have closed my complain without any resolution. even I have called Maruti Regional Office, Jaipur, but failed to get any response from them.. Even on first service they have charged me 300/- INR by providing wrong information to me. Their executive told me that cabin air filter must be change on first service but when I talked to their manager he told me that it is not mandatory but it will be beneficial for you. They have charged me for the part which is not required and forcing me to pay for that part and it is mandatory in first service, which is not true. Also it is very difficult to give the CAR everytime for the same issues again & again. Even I have talked to Ms Jaspreet Kaur (Manager, Prem Motors VKIA) and each and every time she is lying and not giving any resolution till now.
