[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — Swift VDI Suspension problem | |||
Dear Sirs I have bought a new Swift VDI (KA 41 Z 7228) on 20.10.2014 through Kalyani Motors, Bangalore. This is my 3rd Maruti vehicle after Zen and Ritz. Right from the day one I have been complaining about hard suspension (suspension is worst among all five cars I have driven so far). During the 1st Service on 30.10.14 and subsequently on 03.11.14 when I took the service person for a test drive and shown the same and they have said that this is common with new swift vehicles and tried to convince me. I am a Field Engineer and I drive about 100 - 150 km everyday on an average. Hard suspension is causing me sever backache when I return home. Suspension is so bad that even a small cuts / bumps on the road can be felt, absolutely there is no cushioning at all. I feel even after spending 7.5 lakh for this car, if there is no comfort it is not worth buying it. The same was brought to the notice of GM (service) and Asst. Manager at Kalyani Motors, though they have promised me to solve if there is any problem with vehicle, are not ready to accept that there is a suspension issue. I have been driving since 12 years and had never experienced suspension issue with other cars. Hence I hereby request the concerned to do the needful, to rectify the above issue else the issue will be escalated to next level. Thanks Murthy. Sep 24, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Even after repeated follow ups no solution from manufacturer. They have confirmed that there is nothing much they can do. | |||
