I had taken swift zdi 2012 in June 4th.in 2012.since then the back dikki door opening lock is not functionig. None of service centre including at darbhanga and karlo Patna made me exchange the above part including under the service warranty period and till now .dikki is not in use.company takes interest only in sell and once the car is sold, they take over the need of customer as their own wishes.they must come to know this customers have a busy schedule not having periodic time for lodge their complaint.and they should not treated on complaint frequency basis.
