Maruti Suzuki — Unauthorized cancellation of the booked car | |||||
I booked S Cross Sigma 1.3 car through Maruti's dealer (Fairdeals car private limited) though they have NEXA showroom at Akshardham Delhi but the deal initiated through their Faridabad Maruti Showroom executive Sumit Bainsla. I paid 11, 000 INR advance booking on 27th December 2015 & I was supposed to get the delivery of car on 31st December 2015. Being the last car available they offered me a cash discount of 1, 00, 000 INR & 50, 000 worth accessories. I applied for car loan on Monday and got the approval on Tuesday and the bank sent them a DO worth 7, 34, 000 on 29th Dec 2015 evening around 8 PM then I got a call to pay rest of the money at that moment as the GM was not ready to invoice my car. I told them that all the stores are closed now & assured them that they will get the balance amount by next day morning (3oth Dec 2015) at their faridabad outlet and they agreed but next day when my friend went their to deposit the money they declined & said that they have already alloted that car to someone else. I have already sold my car to someone and now facing a lot of issue. I am not gonna buy Maruti car in my whole life. I registered a complaint (NX[protected] with NEXA but they dont have any TAT for that. I want a strict action to be taken against the Nexa team who was managing my case (Amal, Manas, Mohit, Sanjeev & Sumit) Was this information helpful? | |||||
