Maruti Suzuki — Unbearable noise from Maruti Swift

This is to bring your notice that i purchased Maruti Swift in June 2012 through Competent Motors, C.P. Ever since the car was purchased there was weird sound generated from car while driving .There were free services given by Maruti and during all services I have shared the same feedback to them but as per them it sound in all diesel models. I have also shared the same by my personal email to [protected]@maruti.co.in but no response received from your end. This is really an example of poor customer service.
