I had given my car RITX VDI DL 4C AS 1096 at MY CAR service station in bhopal on 14th May i got my car delivered after a month on 15thJune after a massive harassment from My car staff i had to wait for my door repair approval from Insurance company just becuase my car was more interested in door replacement rather than door repair and their staff had deliberately made huge dent on that door deliberately to claim door replacement i was made to wait for every now and then for small petty issues pertaining to repair work in body shop it seems My car attitude was casual and customer seems to be not their priority i did not even got a call for customer satisfaction probably My car is capable of getting away with anything corrupting company officials for not giving calls for disputed services i have been using maruti cars since 1994 800 Zen Wagon R Ritz and never used any other Car It is utter lethargic and casual approach in all departments of My car as if it functions like a goverment department Request you to please look into the matter as no dealer is above customer and also company Was this information helpful? |
