My car is due for the last free service this April. The dealership called me and told that I need to change my Engine Oil as it recommended in the Service Book. But it is recommended when the car has run nearly 10000 Km. But in my case the car has run less than 2000 Km. I don't need to change the Engine Oil at this point of time and I just want to opt out of it. I told the same thing to Dealership. But they are insisting that I need to change the oil otherwise they would void my warranty on Engine. Is this true. Does this void my warranty. Do I need to change the Engine Oil for only 2000 Km? How can it void my warranty when I don't need to change the oil. This is not good gesture from Maruti.
