Maruti Suzuki — very hard power steering

Sir, I had purchase Wagon r vxi at march 2014. I continues complain in every free service to steering very hard. U can also check about the complain in service book. But still today my problem is not solve out. I m very unsatisfy with maruti Suzuki service center. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
