Maruti Suzuki — very poor service

I bought a Maruti swift vxi BSIV pearl white car from Popular Vehicles and services ltd., chavittuvary, kottayam, kerala. There were many issues, even they made delay in giving me service manual also.Today,[protected], I gave my vehicle for first service [ Invoice num. BR14020521, chassis no. 791318, dealer code :B802], service was not at all satisfactory. After registration of vehicle I gave number plates for them for fitting, even those people dn't know how to fit that plate in car. they made hole in number plate in such a manner that its one side is down. I choose maruti suzuki car only bcoz i got review that your service is good, but now i realise that how good it is.
