Maruti Suzuki — Warranty issue | |
Dear sir / madam, my self rohit kumar and my mobile no. [protected] / [protected]and my car number hr05an0817. This is to inform you that i have purchase new car of maruti swift vxi its only 11000km running and i facing a problem in 6th month, we have facing the problem in my car. Now we have traveling from karnal to panipat (35km) on dt: 05 / 07 / 2015 i m going to some family function and automatically stop my car. I find the nearest service station at modern moter (Maruti service station at karnal highway) and mr. Jaglan told me your block is break down and engine lock and engine oil is empty but we have service carried (Last service at modern motor karnal) out on time and. As per maruti suzuki person mr gunjan tyagi (Tsm) told me some water enter in your engine and break the block means i m not use my car in monsoon. As per your maruti suzuki parson told me 99. 99% is chargeable but why are give charge because my car service on time & all service carried out only maruti service station and after service my car travel & face the problem and also maruti suzuki warranty give the 40, 000km and 2year warranty. Note: i think our last service at modern motor he washed my car and check the all engine because water entered in the engine. I want my car repair in warranty. Please look into the matter and do the needfull as soon as possible and i m waiting for your promote and satisfactory reply.
