This is to share the worst experience with Maruti Service masters, Chennai.
I have given my car for insurance claim when there was a small accident happened on left, front side. That time they took nearly one week time to do the repair and they did not tell me that there was a fork bend on the wheels. When i called on next day, they asked me to bring the car, but due to no time i gave my car one week later to do wheel alignment and balancing, telling this problem. But now this guy Nazeer told there was a bend on wheels for which they will charge me extra. When i called Parthiban who done repair work initially when accident happens. He is saying that he will not check all those, because accident is small and only a dent.
Is this not your job to give me a confirmation call me after you receive vehicle when you arrange a pick up.
How would customer can keep asking the issues in the vehicle. I believe, your engineers are good enough to check entire car when accident happens, rather checking only the accident part. And I really dont understand of Mr.Amir Nayir's reply to customer. He will only reply through mails, and dont have time to talk on phone when i called him.
