Maruti True Value — Non receipt of Original documents

I had purchased a used car (Maruti Alto - KL02 AN9918) from Maruti True Value Indus Motor Company, Sreekaryam, Trivandrum on 30 Oct 2014 for Rs 2, 62, 000. (Bill no: 26998, 27014, 27015). I was given only a duplicate copy of RC book, Insurance and Tax token. As I was told the vehicle owner had a loan and the original documents would be released as soon as the hypothecation is cancelled. I had made incessant calls to the company executive, Mr.Johny and to the Manager, Mr. Sreejith. I am yet to receive the originals even though four months have passed. The insurance is also expiring in March 2015 and I would be grateful if you could take necessary measures to expediate in handing over the original documents to me.
