Dear max team,
This email is regarding to the claim made by sahara hospital, lucknow.
My wife got admitted on 20th july 2017 and as that hospital was listed under cash less, i choose sahara hospital. My wise got discharged on 22nd july 2017 and there was a mistake done by hospital. They didn't send the final bill to max. I was told by hospital that the total bill amount is less than approved, so final bill submission to max is not required.
Later hospital has claimed the amount to max which got rejected. My issue is that there was there was rs. 11642 approx paid by my which i want to claim but i am unable to do the same as hospital's bill is not yet settled. Now your customer care are asking me ti pay the total amount to hospital and get all the amount remembered. Why should i pay that? What is my fault in this? This thing should be settled internally with hospital and max.
