I have filled the claim application with max-bupa on 02/06/2016 with all required documents and i have informed about this claim to the support people on the day of taking treatment and marked the intimation id as well.

I own max bupa health card through my employer since 26/11/2012, i have been requested to fill a self declaration form in which the there was a term "disease existing from" where i informed the representative that its been past 1 or 2 years and i am not sure about it, the representative asked me to mention it from childhood and i told him its not from childhood but he mentioned this will not create any problem in claiming as i have already holding the card for more than 4 years and i am not aware about this bull terms as representative itself said i marked it.
I was following this case since last month more than 50 days and haven't got a positive reply with respect all the documents has been submitted 40 days back.

Today (28/07/2016) when i called customer support team i was informed my claim got rejected due to "disease exist from childhood" and i have not disclosed about this at the time of opening the health policy.

Why is my claim rejected for a mistake i have not made and also all documents has submitted and verification was made and also you people accept pre existing disease treatments if i hold this card more than 3 years. now your people mark that i havent informed this at time of joining. my kid did not have any problem at the time of joining and so how i will add this point. due to your representative it has been marked that disease from childhood. does tonsilectomy comes from childhood???
