Max Bupa Health Insurance Co. Ltd. — Harassment to Senior Citizen for Cataract operation | |
Dear All, I am forced to write my complaint in open forum and thank you for giving me this platform. I am a Senior Citizen holding MAXBUPA Health Insurance for over 2 years paying a premium @ rate what MAX BUPA increases every year, hoping that will come to my help when I need. I was advised by Doctor CATARACT operations for both eyes, after reviewing the policy and also confirmed with a call center about I going ahead with operations and MAX BUPA terms and condition are met, the answer was given me YES but when I proceed with the claim process for Rs. 27000.00 companies out rightly rejected the claim. I don't know how I can run from pillar to post for this claim being not kept well. I tried to write many emails and also wrote to the grievances Redressal team but no positive response.
