Max Bupa — Insurer refusing to register claim

Dear Sir, I Padam Chand have taken the Health policy (Policy No.[protected]) from Max Bupa Health Insurance Co Ltd on 27/06/2015 to 26/06/2016. This policy is running in its 3rd year.This was sold me your Employee ( Dheeraj Sharma ( Mobile No. [protected] ) who was informed about each question he asked & policy was issued to me. Now a claim due to cervical occurred & the same is declined by the insurance company. I am not that qualified to understand each fine lines of the proposal but I did not conceal any fact from the person who sold me the policy. I explained my past record to the person to the best of my knowledge. My problem this time which resulted claim is also not related to the past health history. I will request you to please look into the matter & redress my grievance related to the claim. The way my claim is declined, I feel cheated by the insurance company. Your kind intervention is required to settle my claim.
