I have a policy of Niva Bupa formerly known as Max Bupa. I cancelled the auto debit for which I received confirmation that it has been canceled . Now even the auto debit took place inspite of it being cancelled after 14 days and now they are not refunding. Earlier they said refund is processed then are continuously asking for more time. I am fed up of chasing them daily multiple issue has been raised and the same reply I get the has been resolved but I haven’t received my refund yet.
