Max Bupa — they fool the customer at the time of claim | |
I had very bad experience with max bupa. After paying heavy premium for 6 years, when time came to refund my claims, when i was admitted to hospital for my own treatment. First of all, their appointed officers do not cooperate. They don't know their own insurance company's policy details. They simply see your claims details and submit to their head office. After that worst thing is max bupa's appointed doctors. They rejected my claim with the reason that i cannot put here publicly, but when i resubmitted my doctor's diagnosis after that max bupa rejected my claim saying specific word in my diagnose is not covered in their policy. Well that one word was one of the diagnosis. Their doctor didnot bother to check all details. Where the hell their officer was when i submitted my claim details first??? Why he didn't guided me to fill up the form properly. I guess that's what that officer's duty is right? After all that hassle when i asked my original documents back, max bupa sent then with permanant stamp on each of my original papers as claim rejected. What the hell. That means they don't want i should go to any of my other insurance company and get my claim settled. It:s like kid when i cant give you,... I will ensure nobody gives you. What rubbish!! I am cursing myself that i paid such huge amount of insurance premium to this company. Was this information helpful? | |
