Max Bupa — Undue reason to store money for long and earn interest

Blood and urine samples taken on 20th Nov .Rejected case on 21Nov.I wrote a letter on 24thNov to reverse immediately Re 16000. They take the money in advance earn interest by parking for long. they should have the tests and approval/rejection prior to taking the money. Moreover after so much of scrutiny (Hue and Cry) which other companies never do they rejected with lame excuses like my father is diabetic just by overlooking the positive point i.e.he is living happily at the age of 90. Second lame excuse is their requirement of cataract operation which ridiculous that you are searching negativity in cataract also. Hats off to their panel of Doctors. But to conclude I want the reversal all at once without any delay of 4 days as now-a-days the electronic transactions have made it possible within one day. Kindly revers the amount immediately to avoid legal allegation of parking the money for monetary benefits.
