Max Bupa — Waiting period more than 4 hours | |||
Sir, I Rajnish Tanwar policy holder of max bupa health insurance vide policy no. [protected]. First time face very poor service experience for insurance co. Too much waiting for clear the final bill payment. Lots of problem face patient this time period to discharge hospital. I have postponed my urgent meeting then I have loss 2.5 lakh . I have talk more then three time to customer care first time he talk company policy rules are claim note pass 4 hrs to submit the documents through hospital I have accept policy rule but after 4 hrs no response received then I have again call after 30. Mins. But he told me sorry for inconvenience and again to waiting 1 and half hours for clear all issues but no response after 1:30 hrs then I have again call but no response . Know I am asking if I pay bill cash can be re imburse my amount she asking no. Was this information helpful? | |||
