Maxbhi.Com is very fake website, they do not provide good quality products, also they do not refund if there product are not working. First of all i am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order with maxbhi.com, sir i closely looked at your order and found you had a conversation with maxbhi representative today, if you are facing any issue regarding your product kindly follow the replacement process your product will be replaced with the new one..as far as your query exists of charging extra amount for courier its not that charge which we charge you.. if you wish you can visit our office at Karolbagh as you are from Delhi and can give your product by hand over there we will accept it and replace it as per replacement process, i believe this will resolve your issue or let me know if you have any other concerned regarding the same...
Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue at resolved so that other user can also get to know that replacement policies

I ordered blackberry 9720 display with its touch, i received a display of some other small screen phone and no digiterlizer... i been writing mails from 10 days but maxbhi is not accepting its mistake

As per my personnel experience, the Maxbhi.com is fake and fraud company. Their customer support service is only to harass the customers. They take orders, collect money and supply sub-standard/defective material to their customers. Then they refuse to replace the defective components or money collected by giving petty reasons. they are biggest cheaters. please be aware of Maxbhi.com/ elcotek
