Complaint:
1. Why Maxbhi is unable to refund to Bank??
2. Weather my new order will be delivered?
3. Why Maxbhi is showing product available in Stock where as actually they do not have in Stock.

Complaint Details:
Product Ordered on 17/05/2016 as it was showing in stock available & Order No. is 273320. It took 72 hours to process and later on 21/05/2016 by 11:27 AM ordered canceled by Maxbhi stating product is out of stock and refunded money into e-wallet. The same evening on 21/05/2016 by 04:07 PM requested Refund to Bank but it was not refunded.

By online Chat support inquired for Refund Status they said will be Refunded soon. On 28/05/2016 again by online Chat Support inquired for Refund Status and response received is "MAxbhi side payment done to CCAvenue long back but CC Avenue has not done payment due to technicalproblem". I called on customer care center of Maxbhi on 28/05/2016 for the same they also replied the same by promising Refund will reflect into my bank account by 30/05/2016.

But it never refunded. Again I contacted MAxbhi by online Chat support the same story they are repeating.

1. Maxbhi is taking Order without Stock availability.
2. Once receives payment acting as order is under process
3. Later they cancels Order and saying out of Stock and refund to e-wallet
4. When you ask Refund to Bank they processes but never refund it into Original mode of Payment by giving excuse Technical problem of CC Avenue.

from 17/05/2016 Maxbhi is enjoying my money and neither refunding nor they are asking any solutions to CCAvenue for refund to bank. Only answer they are giving that "It will be refunded don't worry, it is safe with CC Avenue."

I bound to get my money back into e-wallet of Maxbhi on 31/05/2016 by 06:18 PM because I found similar product is now available in stock as per their website. I ordered similar product with Order No. 280982 on 01/06/2016 by 09:37 PM which is still under process. Again I contacted thru Online Chat Support and came to know that process for new order will get at least 48 hours to get update of delivery status. Now other problem is they do not keep updated record of inventory. Whenever they received order they go to market and search with their supplier to procure. If available then they will deliver else they will cancel an order. So again I will not receive my money back.

This is not the way to do business on e-commerce platform. There is no conformity of delivery for orders placed. Either you keep in stock or take orders without payment and ask payment after confirmation of availability. Once it availability confirmed it has to be delivered safely.

All above contains of complaint resulting on conclusion that Maxbhi is cheating their customers. After getting paid for order placed they do not deliver product and enjoy money of customer to grow their business or involving into some other activity.

I hereby request get proper solution for my complaint. Still my money with Maxbhi in e-wallet and New Order which is not confirmed delivery status.

This is very serious issue effecting on e-commerce business entities to gain faith / credibility.

Dear Gopal Madhvani, We really apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you with your order 273320 with Maxbhi.com. Sir to answer your questions, i would like to take them 1 by 1. Question 1: Why Maxbhi is unable to refund to Bank? Reply 1: When an order is canceled by Maxbhi, the refund of the amount is automatically done to the eWallet by Maxbhi. We do not refund directly to the original mode of payment due to many reasons. Most important being 2 reasons, 1. Most of the customers in India pay using credit card / debit card / net-banking of there friends / relatives. 2. Many customers want to retry ordering the same product with the same amount (similarly like you did). And many more reasons why we do not directly and automatically refund the customers amount to there bank account. Now to answer your question, "Why Maxbhi is unable to refund to Bank?" you don't need to ask anyone to refund your amount to your bank account, or you don't need to email anyone or you don't need to hold on to the customer care for the same. You can just simply login to your account on Maxbhi, go to the order details page and make the refund to your bank by yourself. I hope this will answer your query. Question 2: Weather my new order will be delivered? Reply 2: Sir, as you can read our terms and conditions and the availability status says "Available to Order". Means the product availability depends on the suppliers stock. As we do not stock the products, we depend on our vendors / suppliers inventory. As this is a fast moving industry with thousands of offline retailers, vendors and suppliers it is physically impossible for us to keep inventory of all the products. With your every single order, we visit all our listed vendors, we call them, we email them and use our manpower to check about the availability. Even if we are able to ship the order or not, we work hard to try find the product for your. Even if you order the same product 1000 times, we will again and again try with each vendor and try find the product for you. Due to this business model only we are able to supply and fulfill the variety of products which no one else is able to. But the only con of this model is when customers does not understands the terms and orders with expecting 100% availability. Similarly in your case, we try to find the right product for you, and if we are able to, then we will do all the quality tests and then ship it to you. But as i can see you have already requested for your full amount to be refunded to your bank account and same has been processed already. Question 3: Why Maxbhi is showing product available in Stock where as actually they do not have in Stock. Reply 3 : Explained in reply 2 itself. Lastly, i would again apologize to you from entire Maxbhi experience, but i hope you do understand that we work hard to deliver the product to you. And also to ensure you that your money is YOUR's until and unless we ship the product to you. Refund is just a click away!. We hope you have received your refund already in your account. Dear Maxbhi Team,

Your reply no. 1 of my Question No. 1, I would like to remind you that I initiated for refund to Bank on 21/05/2016 as directed in your reply. Now can you please explain, why it was not transferred into original mode of payment till 31/05/2016. Every time customer support replies they already refunded and they do not have my money !!! I asked then who has my money because I have not received into my Bank. Customer support replied please contact CC Avenue. I asked for reference no of refund then customer support refuse to provide saying they do not have any information. It means Maxbhi never refunded my money on 21/05/2016 and enjoyed it for 10 days. Explain and pay me interest of 10 days for my money you used for other business.

Comments on your reply no. 2 for my Question No. 2: When I ordered product was showing Availability "In Stock" which means are having it in inventory. Now you are replying it is showing Available to Order???? My friend please check you online system what exactly it is showing to customer. Your most intentions are just to make customer full and hold their money into your other business activity. Secondly, if do not keep stock don't force customer to pay advance. Search the product as per ordered by customer if you succeed inform customer to make payment and make it deliver. After taking advance payment if you don't fulfill requirement then it is meant your intentions are to hold money of customer for your other business activity.

I know money is customer's only until you deliver the product and customer satisfied. But as I mentioned in my comment of your 1st reply, you are pretending your responsibilities are over once you initiate refund if customer has not received refund in it's original mode of payment. And in addition you refuse to provide any reference no. of refund initiated which I am repeatedly mentioning your intentions are meant to hold customer money to involve it into your other business activities.

Yes, I received my refund after making so many followups with customer support when I asked I want to speak to manager ask him to call me back and he/she didn't have even curtsy to call me back.


Conclusion: My complaint still stands unresolved until & unless Consumer Forum put up an inquiry on transaction of Maxbhi and confirm what was the reason my refund Maxbhi enjoyed for 10 days and not providing any reference no. of refund initiated.

I believe Consumer Forum will take strict action against Maxbhi if they found guilty.

I have not noticed any action taken by your against my complaint. few days back received phone call from one of the customer of Maxbhi and he explained the same problem of Maxbhi... taking orders then canceling orders by stating product is out of stock and not refunding payment on time. That customer finds my number from this website only...

I think you should take an action on this complaint.

My doubt is been confirmed that Maxbhi is cheating customers.

As mentioned above into my original complaint My order no. 273320 they canceled by stating product is out of stock and not refunded money back to its original mode of payment. I placed another order of similar product which was in stock (Order no. 280982) and the same story repeated, today by 12:55 PM it is been canceled stating product is out of stock so my money has stuck again. I am neither getting delivery of orders nor refund to bank. They are keep promising within 7 days payment will be refunded to its original mode of payment but it never come. Again they are promising amount will refunded into bank with in two days. I requested to transfer my call to their superior but they denied stating that he/she is not available at present. I have full recording of my conversation with customer support today

They are taking orders of high value items which they do not have in stock and pretending to procure and supply. Later they cancel order by stating product is out of stock and hold customer's money. They are actually not refunding money to its original mode of payment and customer support always excuses there is technical problem at CCAvenue end. When requesting for reference details of refund amount to CCAvenue for refund to customer they refuse to give any information.

Maxbhi is actually cheating customer by holding their money and involving it into some other purpose.

Consumer Forum: We believe in India, We believe in constitution of India, We believe in Government of India, We believe in Law and Order of India. Hence requesting Customer Forum to put up an inquiry against business transactions of Maxbhi because on e-commerce platform their attitude is not meant for real business / to provide services which is also not good.

I Believe Consumer Forum will take necessary action against Maxbhi for my refund amount of Rs. 3, 726/- and put up an Inquiry for their business transactions and also believe our government will not allow any company to run business by cheating customers.
