They sent the following status of order:- Date Action 21/12/2016, 05:14 PM Status Change Refund to bank - Cancelled 20/12/2016, 05:02 PM Status Change Cancelled - Refund to bank 20/12/2016, 01:21 PM Status Change Refunded to eWallet - Cancelled 20/12/2016, 01:21 PM Status Change Under Process #1 - Refunded to eWallet 20/12/2016, 11:23 AM Status Change Approved - Under Process #1 18/12/2016, 02:48 PM Status Change Incomplete - Approved Already 10 days over but didn't refund the money-Rs301.56 so far After leaving Msg they just saying to see the status in the sent link which was repeating same thing. Jan 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After giving complaint to Indian Consumer complaint forum, immediately M/S of maxbhi .com apolized and asked my article id no. and email address through [email protected] and said that they would deposit the amount within 48hrs & did the same.they did not call me on phone. Actually, they know my email address and article id no. also . Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
