Sir, I would like to tell you that i am a customer of Maxbupa Health Insurance company my Policy Number is "[protected]" named with"ASHOK KUMAR TULSIDAS MIGLANI" and i am so dissatisfied with the working process of MAXBUPA HEALTH INSURANCE company. I would like to tell you that when the patient has taken admission in hospital then i have intimated to that company and my intimation number is "578992" at that time that company has not intimated me regarding the hospital that it comes under black list.I have provided the proper details of the hospital with it.The company has provided me the claim number and the number is"70059". Rather then that next day MAXBUPA HEALTH INSURANCE companies executive visited the hospital at that time he has not intimated regarding the hospital comes under black list. After that the discharge was made from the hospital.. Next day MAXBUPA HEALTH INSURANCE companies executive came to house for the verification purpose and asked many questions from the patient..I would like to tell you that we were unaware regarding the hospital and the list would keeps on changing.. So i would like to ask you that if a company would behave with customers in this manner then it would really creates a bad impact in the industry..
