[Resolved] MaxBupa — renewal amount

The company has issued a renewal notice requesting me for payment for the medical insurance. My net premium amount was Rs. 96400.00 and the gross premium would be the service tax and education cess and secondary and higher education cess would be leived on it. This year they are saying that the premium amount is 11741 inclusive of all taxes. When i have asked for the break up they are saying that gross premium amount is 105xx and service tax and other cess as applicable. In my certificate the break up of gross premium is very clear with the net premium and the associated service taxes and other cess being leived. I want to clarify my doubt does the gross premium is inclusive of service tax or exclusive of service tax as per this company?
