On 11 july 2020 I was placing order for take away from mc delivery app and the order failed and payment got deducted, so i placed a new order from my husband's phone, And the order got confirmed. After few minutes the order that showed failed in my cell also got confirmed as well. So in total 2 orders. So I cancelled the order on the spot by calling the take away store.

But it's been more then 1.5 months now and i have not received the refund yet. Also the customer support is not serviceable
