So, here i would like to raise a raise a complaint against the product, services, and representatives of Mc. Donalds.
Here a product i am referring is a Toy, services as Packaging services, precisely a Happy Meal Box which was not there and my order has been packed in a brown envelope.
And the representative Bhaskar (Asstt. Manager of Vikaspuri Branch) and Karan who didn't register my complaint and the promise he made to give me a call back in 5 minutes but his call never came.
Expecting a quick response and a proper action against the above complaint from the Mc Donald.
1. why my complaint has not been registered by Karan ( a centre staff, a floor sup)
2. Action against Bhaskar an Asstt. Manager at Vikaspuri Branch, New delhi, India for his indecency towards a lady customer by calling at her landline number in the middle of the night. and his non'sense attitude he has shown towards a customer described in the complaint.
3. Why the agent has committed a Barbie toy to the customer even getting enquired by the customer several times.
4. Packaging standards which Mc. Donalds is charging from The customers have been compromised.
