I am a regular visitor of mc donalds. I visited mg road gurgaon mc donalds, and ordered the meal with mc spicy paneer,. The agent who seem to be very unprofessional and uneducated and misbehaved, gave me only mc spicy paneer, when i told him that i ordered meal then he said you didn't and said now you have to order again, and i order the meal and again i was charged 221rs+, then i asked for the money (139.66rs) he said money is refund is initiated by manager and you will get money in 3-4 months and its very possible you will not get it and now forget the money. I felt very bad this the first time i had the worst agent and the experience.
As usually refund is initiated within 7 days. I once again went to mc donalds to have some thing and asked for the refund status to the same agent, he said forget the money now and go to your bank and behaved very rudely. I asked for manger he comes and said it's not our responsibility, go to bank. Really i am very disappointed. I emailed to my bank and they said no refund initiated from mc donalds and contact them to initiate the refund of 139.66rs. Now what to do? Is this the way you treat your customers? And you keep such educated and insane people as an employee?
I need my money, back and strict action should be taken against such educated and insane employees.
