I ordered from your Chennai- Tambaram store on Friday-22.06.2018 ;Order No.: IRC-DL[protected].
The first time the order was not successfully placed but the amount of 461 was deducted.
I tried again and it was successful and then also amount of 461 was deducted.(see attachment).
I request you to crosscheck and refund the excess amount.

McDonald's India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On last Saturday I have made a txn of 500+ amount but store was closed and they have rejected the order .
The amount got deducted though .
As the order was unsuccessful, they have told that the refund will be credited within 2-3days. But not received any money
