We purchased two chicken burgers and fries from the mulund nirmal lifestyle outlet on 7th April at around 7.30 p.m.
I deeply regret to inform you that inside one of the burgers I found a long hair and a piece of the finger nail.
You talk of maintaining high standards and this is what the customer gets.
If I post this on the social media or file a complaint with the consumer court you know what the outcome will be.
