Mcdonald's India — Cancellation of the order at the time of delivery without any further contact | |||
I am writing this regarding a very unfortunate incident which happened today with Mcdonalds order[protected] which made me not believing in its delivery chain. I placed a paid order through the website today around 4:58 pm for a higher authority in my office and after 35 minutes I received a msg that my order was canceled due to the unavailability of the delivery executive without any update, any prior notice to give me some time to place an order from some other restaurant. I am so disgusted to see the unprofessional approach of Mcdonald's India towards its customer. the least I could expect is to get a proper update on an online order instead of getting a direct denial for receiving the food on time during the corona pandemic when you claim to do your level best to serve your customer. there was not even a single phone call from the restaurant to inform about the same. i am happy that you guys not grabbing money for delivering nothing and the message shows that my money will get refund. Its so easy for chains like Mcdonalds to ignore such issues since its quite established in India now. Shame on you McD! Was this information helpful? | |||
