On 13-12-18 by 0:55 am i walked in mc donalds nehru place outlet, i placed an order for for mc spicy ch meal, pizza mac puff n ch maharaj mac n asked for take away. But wen i reached home i open up my maharaj mac chicken that burger was smelling very badly like some kind of rotten meat. Burger patties were over cooked single side of a patty was tottaly black. I m enclosing the picture of my mealn as well my bill. I was a very bad experciance with mc donalds, never expected from the brand like mc donalds gonna serve this kind of food. Very unprofessional. I ordered sharing packs for 3 which cost for 344 but they charge 446. When I ask him they said it's for home delivery only.
When I asked him for complaint book they are just giving me suggestion book..
I already face this earlier also.

yesterday we placed order at Mc donalds Pune 421201 outlet (invoice attached) for INR 748.
Food served to us was spoiled and may be from expired packets. When we complained they replaced fries but that too was not good in quality.
All three burgers and fries were bad in taste as if they were cooked long back and just warm for us or from expired frozen.
I hope you will take our feedback seriously and will do quality check at this outlet. We also did not liked hygiene and cleanliness of that place also.
I want to mention that we are your regular customers of Mcdonalds while we were in delhi, MUMBAI and now in Pune but this is first time we faced stale food issue in McDonald’s. I already wrote a mail at [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com, expect you to take appropriate action.
