I am a regular customer of mcdonald's. My last 2 order's delivery has been very disappointing!. Both of my previous 2 orders were 50 minutes late!, and on top of it was all cold! And even the food was not upto the mark!. I dont know what has happened to quality, standard and punctuality of mcdonald's!. I am utterly disappointed!!. And i am given the excuse that my order was supposed to be delivered from some other place n so on!. This barbaric and totally ridiculous. I had never expected this from mcdonald's!.. I did not complain on d previous order!.. But now its second consecutive time!.. Mistakes are not made twice. Is it choice of mcdonald's to trouble its customers. Did not expect this coming from mcdonald's!

The delivery boy also kept arguing and talking back!The service is not upto the mark, the food is not, nothing seems to be upto the mark! .. I had never expected this from McDonald's ! .. i did not complain on d previous order ! ..but now its second consecutive time ! ..mistakes are not made twice . Is it choice of McDonald's to trouble its customers . Did not expect this coming from McDonald's !

Hi team,
Yesterday on 20th April me and my wife had mac chicken burger at Mac D Hinjewadi pune, it was tasty slighty bitter and rotten, but ate it half and got food poisoning. We both did vomiting at that night and I m still unwell.
This is completely unacceptable and would like to go with legal complain.
