Hi this is Prateek Asthana here I would like to complain regarding my balance issue
I dutched into Abids MCD
As on : 16 the March 2017
Amount of rs : 987.96
This transaction was done twice
As the order person who have taken the order said that the amount didn't get credited ..
So he have done the transaction twice
And my balance got deducted twice
He said that it will return in 10 days in your a/c ..But it didn't ..I visited the place two times ..
The concerned manager spoke to me and said I will get back to you in a day ..But that day didn't come till date ...As on 10 the April 2017..So I request you to look into the matter on the priority basis ..I need my money in a day or two ...

Hi this is bhavani we had 3 MC chicken large meals in city center Hyderabad which costed us around Rs 648 the executive over there swiped my debit card where it showed the card is declined so is asked him to check once again but the cars was declined i payed cash but after a while when i checked my mobile balance was deducted from my bank twice so around 1296 was deducted when i asked the store manager he informed me my balance will be refunded in 7 days.
I got a refund of only 648 so what about my another 648 rs .its been already 7 days.
we had mc chicken meals on 10th April and my order number was 397 i am expecting my refund asap
