[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — Didn't get refund

I had placed an order on Mac Donalds application on 23rd September 2021. Twice the order did not go through but money got deducted from my account, 683 rs each time; total 1366 rs. It has been over 2 days but I have still not received my money back. I have mailed the customer service 2 times, but still no solution. I am attaching screenshots in which one is showing refund initiated but I didn’t get and one is showing only payment is successful but order didn’t place. +2 photos Was this information helpful?
