Mcdonald's India — Didnt receive an item during delivery

I ordered fries with peri peri spice mix, but i only recieved fries and not the spice mix, i was craving it for weeks and i had to get it delivered because i had no mode of transportation. i got the shake shake bag, but didn’t receive the mix. this has happened maybe thrice but this was my cheat meal and i was really disappointed with not receiving of what i ordered, i didn’t even receive refund, this is not fair and if you do something about it, that would be much appreciated. Thanks
