[Resolved]  Mcdonald's India — Double debits of food ordered.

Payment was done first by UPI (HDFC using paytm app) and then with Paytm wallet. First one was debited from my ac but said "failed payment" as per the pickup boy in the drive-in.

The payment is yet to be refunded despite paying a visit to the outlet and waiting for 20 days as suggested by the outlet.

I am not having the invoice but can show you part of the statement.

Request you to resolve it at the earliest.
