Mcdonald's India — fraud in offers

I had gone to MC Donald's which is in kharghar,

and i want to reedem my offers from MC Donald's app. The offer is, if we buy any thing above 200rs then Mc veggie/Mc chiken is free, but the manager is saying that is offer is not available on offers which are present in Mc Donald's app. And at Kalamboli Mc Donald's i have reedem this same offer and they had given the meal with all offers which are present. Plz contact to your kharghar branch and make it clear that if another's MC Donald's branches are giving this offers then why this kharghar branch is not giving offers?
