I am your regular customer and today (25/6/22) had worst experience in one of your store at C.G. road Ahmedabad. We wanted to avail offer available on app for Chicken Kebab + Fries @69 and also added few more items (bill attached for reference) After cashier placed order and took payment we noticed price for Chicken Kebab + Fries says 99 instead of 69. When we disputed and asked store people that why were we not informed this at time of placing order than they had rude faces and non supportive staff which made us feel never to visit mcdonalds store. After 25-30 minutes of discussion with staff they finally refunded money back for bill so we had no choice but to choose different food. IS YOUR APP FAKE (INCORRECT PRICES) OR STAFF AT STORE???
