Order was placed with McDelivery (Order No.[protected]/10/[protected] at 08.45 pm on 06 October 2021 for delivery at 09.45 pm and payment made online (Transaction ID[protected]
The food has not been delivered nearly 4 hours later nor has any communication been received regarding delay / non delivery of order.
There is also no way to contact McDelivery as the phone number only redirects you to the web site where on clicking on the :Contact Us" button you are taken to the menu page. And the order confirmation does not provide any details of the delivering restaurant so thay cannot be contacted either.
This is the sevond time I have faced this situation.
A sad state of affairs for a global brand!
